By using Cookify, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. 🎮 Use of the App Cookify is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may explore recipes, share content, and participate in community features as long as you follow these terms. You agree not to: • Use Cookify for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes. • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights or community standards.
2. 👤 Account & Identity You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Use of your real name is not required — we encourage usernames or aliases to protect your identity. Cookify reserves the right to restrict or disable accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the community experience.
3. 📸 Content Sharing & Ownership You retain ownership of the content you submit (recipes, photos, bios, etc.). By sharing it on Cookify, you grant CELYX Dynamics a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, modify, and feature your content within the app, on the CELYX Dynamics website, and across official CELYX social media accounts for the purposes of operating and promoting the Cookify platform. Real photos may be submitted for recipes and Compete Mode entries, but profile avatars must remain non-photographic. You agree not to submit content that is: • Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. • Misleading or plagiarized. • In violation of any applicable laws.
3.1 Content After Account Deletion If you choose to delete your Cookify account, your personal profile will be permanently removed. However, in accordance with the license you grant us upon submission, any content you have shared (such as recipes) will be retained in the app. This content will be anonymized, and attribution will be removed to protect your identity while preserving the community's recipe collection. If you wish to remove specific recipes, you must do so individually from the "My Recipes" screen before deleting your account.
4. 🚨 Moderation & Reporting Cookify uses smart safeguards and manual review to monitor submitted content. To protect the community, users may report any content or user profile they find harmful or inappropriate. All reports are reviewed by Cookify staff, and we reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts based on the results of our investigation.
5. 💳 Premium Access & Payments Cookify offers premium features available via in-app purchases. Premium users may enjoy benefits such as an ad-free experience (with limited exceptions), exclusive features, and early access to upgrades. The specific terms of what constitutes "premium" may change over time. Please note that partner ads and promotions may occasionally be displayed to all users, including premium members, to ensure fair access to special offers.
6. 🧒 Age Requirements Cookify is intended for users aged 13 and older. For users under the age of 18, we recommend using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
7. 🔗 Third-Party Links & Services Users may include external links in their public profiles. Cookify does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites. Visiting these links is at your own risk.
8. 🛡️ Intellectual Property All logos, visual assets, and brand elements associated with Cookify and CELYX Dynamics are protected intellectual property. They may not be used, reproduced, or modified without express written permission from CELYX Dynamics.
9. 💡 App Updates & Changes We may update Cookify’s features, policies, or terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of Cookify after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
